In this way, the concept takes on the natural needs of the people who work there and at the same time creates a deeper sense of connection to the workplace, as their own ideas have helped to shape it.
KlebeBande's co-creation workshops are the ideal meeting place for exchanging ideas and the best way to start the design process - regardless of whether the implementation is later carried out independently or by professionals. In the workshops, wishes are addressed, ideas are developed and a deeper connection is created between the workers and the spaces. Specific questions are asked, for example about the company, the department or the culture, which are illustrated by the participants using mood boards they have created themselves. The KlebeBande then artistically transforms the collected ideas and impressions, taking into account all necessities such as health and safety regulations and architectural conditions.
